A space for softness, movement and conscious touch

Dance & Tantra

This page is dedicated to sessions where bodywork, breath, attention and relationship to self can meet. Each form has its own rhythm, yet they all share sensitivity, respect for boundaries and a safe pace.

You can choose one-to-one work as well as gentle exploration through movement and touch. Below you will find four directions that complement one another while each can also stand on its own.

Support, boundaries, surrender

Therapeutic Shibari

A time to let yourself be held.

  • boundary work
  • turning inward
  • conscious surrender

Are you used to holding everything together? Knowing what is needed and taking care of it? What if you could allow yourself to stop struggling with life and simply be?

Therapeutic shibari is not about performance or enduring something.

First, we create a space together where your boundaries are clear and respected. Only then do the ropes come in - slowly, with attention to what you need.

You do not have to let go of yourself, only of the need to control everything. Breathe. Feel. Let yourself be cared for.

I hold the rope, the space and the attention. You have time to turn inward.

Surrender does not mean losing safety or freedom - often quite the opposite. Instead of restriction, there can be relief in not having to do anything right now. You may discover that you can be vulnerable and still safe. You may experience a feeling of coming home...

Know that sometimes it is possible to release even what has been tightly held for a long time.

If you are not sure, I offer an introductory introductory session, which is suitable if you do not have experience with shibari tying. During this session, I will introduce you to the principles and safety of shibari and we will try basic techniques. I also recommend the introductory session if you are not sure whether my tantric approach (present, attentive and respectful) is right for you.

Movement, breath, playfulness

Dancing

A space for spontaneous movement, contact with yourself, joy and the return of natural aliveness to the body.

  • authentic movement
  • breath and rhythm
  • body aliveness

Free partner dancing is a dance between two people that is not limited by any specific style or technique. It may include CI, swing, classical dance, learned figures, as well as movements that naturally arise between the two of you here and now. All forms are welcome.

Above all, it is a dialogue through movement - it teaches you to perceive the other person, respond to them and at the same time remain in contact with yourself. It teaches you what it means to lead and what it means to surrender to being led.

It is a fantastic way to meditate in movement and to be carried into pure presence. It trains both attention and the body, and it can be deeply fulfilling and nourishing for body and soul.

I am currently preparing an open group for this wonderful kind of dance. If you are interested, please fill in the following form, thank you!

Softness, presence, trust

Tantric massages

Individual sessions focused on deep relaxation, better body awareness and a more conscious connection with yourself.

More information is being prepared and will be provided in the coming days!
  • conscious touch
  • safe container
  • deep relaxation

Tantric massage can be a space where inner pressure slows down and the body gets a chance to feel softness, safety and the flow of energy again. Presence, sensitive communication and working at a pace that feels natural for you are essential.

The session can be approached in a relaxing way or in a more therapeutic way. Its intention is for you to leave feeling settled, connected and with greater trust in your own body.

Releasing older layers

Dearmouring

Gentle, conscious work with places where protective tension, shame or suppressed emotions have been held in the body for a long time.

More information is being prepared and will be provided in the coming days!
  • releasing tension
  • respectful pace
  • deeper sensitivity

Dearmouring supports the gradual laying down of layers that once protected you, but may now prevent the experience of closeness, joy or fullness in the body. It is not about pushing through force, but about patiently listening to what is ready to soften.

The session can open more space for breath, sensitivity, groundedness and awareness of your own needs. The pace always remains rooted in safety, consent and mutual communication.
